A buyers market. Indeed. If you were to ask me if what I thought of the current market. I guess I would have to say that if you are looking for a home to buy. One that you plan on living in for the next 8 to 15 years and you wanted a great deal. My personal professional opinion is that this is the best time to buy. Reason. There are several homes on the market at this time, you can say that it is over flowing. Do to this home sales are moving very slowly, but with the ones that are people are picking them up at a great price.
But if you just want to buy for an Investment opportunity I would give it another month. See where the market is going to go. For all we know we could be at the best place to buy right now.
